I bought this toy box for my daughter for christmas 08, and it did not go together well, and after six months of use (not even filled to capacity/no heavy items) the safety hinge broke through the back wall and the frame is no longer holding. Extrememly poor construction, if i can get my money back i would. It looks nice enough. if you want in to sit on, i wouldn't put any more than 20-30 lbs on it!
